Professional Consulting Services
CALAC Management & Consulting Inc. provides professional consulting services that require dedicated scheduling, planning, and allocation of professional resources.
Requesting a Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of an engagement before substantial consulting services have been performed.
Refunds
Once payment has been processed, refunds are generally not issued.
Non-Expiring Service Credit
When a cancellation request is approved, any eligible unused portion of prepaid professional services will be converted into a non-expiring service credit.
Service credits remain on the client's account and may be applied toward future consulting services offered by CALAC Management & Consulting Inc.
Purpose of This Policy
This policy allows clients maximum flexibility while minimizing unnecessary payment disputes and maintaining continuity of future engagements.
